Katie Glaser is among the most recent additions to the series. Katie will make her debut Below Deck as the new deckhand for the yacht. The 31-year-old woman began her career in yachting as a waitress and rose through the ranks.

Below Deck’s tenth season will premiere in less than a week, with a new cast of characters joining the iconic returning ensemble.

This season also teases the departure of Captain Lee Rosbach from the program. In addition, the episode will include St. David, the largest luxury yacht in the series.

The following is a plot summary for season 10 of Below Deck:

“For its eleventh season, Below Deck will return to the Caribbean, captained renowned sea stud Captain Lee. The crystal-clear waters and sharply tapered mountains, the Pitons, on the verdant island of St. Lucia are certain to impress even the most discerning traveler.”

The summary continues by stating:

“Aboard St. David, the largest motor yacht in Below Deck’s history, the crew is ecstatic about the opulent, 197-foot vessel, but they quickly find that with a larger vessel comes more problems.”

A few weeks before the start of the new Bravo series, here’s all you need to know about the yacht’s newest deckhand, Katie Glaser.

Below Deck’s Katie Glaser is the founder and chief executive officer of Lower Latitudes Yacht Charters.

Katie Glaser of Below Deck Season 10 celebrates her birthday every October. Katie’s romantic relationship with a co-star is also alluded to throughout the season.

Katie’s love for the glamorous and “fast-paced” yachting industry began when she moved from Colorado to Fort Lauderdale. Lauderdale, Florida, according to her Bravo profile. In addition, Katie’s biography mentions:

Since beginning her boating career as a stew three years ago, Katie has worked as a deckhand and first mate on numerous vessels.

Katie has worked in several corporate environments, including IT recruitment, account management, and beverage sales, but her true passion has always been the service industry.

To that, I would add:

“Katie enjoys snorkeling, wakeboarding, and swimming, and she spends almost the same amount of time in the water as she does on it. This gregarious sailor is always up for an adventure and eager to prove she has what it takes.”

Katie also has a solid resume. According to her LinkedIn page, she is a yacht broker and has served as Yacht Parties Miami’s chief operating officer since 2020.

Katie is the owner and operator of the yacht charter company Lower Latitudes Yacht Charters. She was promoted to vice president of marketing at The Micc Group in 2018. She has also been an operating partner with Southern Yacht Management since 2019.

Katie’s LinkedIn profile includes the following information:

“My past and present experiences involve advertising and selling products and forming business collaborations. I am an expert in customer service who knows the importance of listening to consumers while formulating a strategy. I am always seeking new experiences and opportunities in marketing and sales.”

Katie has approximately 3,900 Instagram followers, and with the upcoming premiere of her program, this number is certain to increase. According to her bio on Instagram:
